Priced like incorporation, not like a subscription you forget about. Pay once when you form the company or turn on Stripe. Legal work isn’t included: if you want it, your own lawyer bills you separately.

ProductPriceWhat you getIf you’re out of action
Scan$0
  • Run by your AI in a couple of minutes, or by hand in about 10
  • Which of your accounts are still in your personal name, company by company
  • A score, with a red, yellow, or green rating for each account
  • Quick fixes your AI makes with your OK, and what's left before you raise money
Nothing. The scan tells you what's wrong; it doesn't make anyone else able to act.
Gate$399
  • A checklist in three passes: today (about 15 minutes, mostly done by your AI), this month, and before you raise
  • A step-in guide to print for whoever steps in: who to call, what you'd want, what to keep paid, and what not to touch
  • How to set up two password vaults and an Owner key, so nobody gets access before they need it
  • A CLAUDE.md and git settings for each company's code
  • A list of every account, the documents investors ask for, and draft legal documents stamped as drafts
Whoever steps in knows what exists, who to call, and what you'd want. They can request your Everyday vault after a waiting period, so the domain, company email, and hosting stay alive, and they can hire a developer and point them at your code. Owner logins still need your Owner key. All of this only if you did the tasks.
Monitor$99/year or $12/month
  • A check-in email every three months
  • Reminders when an account slips back into your personal name
  • A checklist for changing passwords after anyone uses your emergency logins
The same is still true a year later: accounts haven't drifted back into your personal name, the domain didn't lapse, and your printed guide is current.

Only your own lawyer can give anyone authority to act: to transfer ownership, deal with the bank, or sign for the company. Nothing SoleCo makes does that.

Not included: legal work. SoleCo doesn't provide lawyers. If you want one, the lawyer you choose bills you directly.

If you want the legal side

Gate doesn’t include a trust, a will, a power of attorney, or an executed IP assignment. Those are legal documents, prepared by a lawyer you hire who is licensed in your state. Bring them your step-in guide and SoleCo’s draft documents, so they aren’t billing you hours to work out which accounts and companies you have.

These are typical US ranges, billed to you by your lawyer’s firm:

Review of simple IP assignment and POA drafts
~$750–$1,500
Trust, POA, and assigning one corporation
~$2,500–$5,000
Two C-corps, an LLC, a raise, and successor-manager language
~$4,000–$8,000+

Staying near $1k: one entity this year, a POA with a digital-assets (RUFADAA) clause, and defer the full trust until you raise.

Outside the US, the operational work is the same and the fees aren’t. Ask a local lawyer or notary what the equivalent documents cost where you are.

What SoleCo never charges for

  • A share of legal fees. SoleCo doesn’t split fees with lawyers or pay or receive per-client referral fees.
  • A monthly plan before you have revenue.
  • Holding your secrets. There’s no vault tier, because there’s no vault.

Listed firms are independent. They don't work for SoleCo, and SoleCo doesn't supervise their work. Each pays SoleCo the same flat fee to be listed, whether or not anyone hires them, and SoleCo gets nothing from what you pay a firm. For lawyers
